Kingpins Concierge Adds Community Ambassadors

Kingpins has always been about more than fabric — it’s about the people on the show floor who share their knowledge, their connections, and their stories. That generosity is what sets this community apart.

That’s the idea behind Concierge. We’ve spent the past two years building it — you may have already spotted the team on the floor in Amsterdam — and now we’re evolving it into something even more useful and meaningful. As the show grows and more new faces show up, we want Concierge to do more than answer questions. We want them to help people navigate the floor, find the right exhibitors, and make real connections.

Part of that evolution is bringing more of our community into Concierge itself. We’re inviting members of our denim community to become Kingpins Community Ambassadors — sharing their expertise, telling their stories, making introductions, even leading tours of the show. They bring the kind of knowledge and relationships that can’t be found on a map or a directory, and that can help others experience Kingpins differently. The goal isn’t just to help newcomers find their way. It’s to make them feel like they belong here.

The Gallery is a great example of this in action. See something that catches your eye? A Concierge team member can connect you directly to the mill, fiber company, trim supplier, or manufacturer behind it — turning a spark of curiosity into a real introduction.

Practical tools matter too, of course. We’ve been asking brands and buyers what exhibitor info they wish they had upfront — country of origin, certifications, low MOQs, in-stock goods — and now we’re gathering that intel straight from exhibitors to make it easier to find. But that’s just a tool in service of the bigger goal: helping visitors make the right connections, faster.

Because that’s what Kingpins is really about: community. We want everyone who walks through our doors to feel they’re part of it.
