What’s in the Works for Kingpins New York…

Authenticity sits at the core of what Kingpins is about. But denim never stands still — it’s always evolving. At the upcoming Kingpins Show in New York at Pier 36/Basketball City, several initiatives demonstrate what that looks like in practice.
+ The Lildenim Styling Session brings four boundary-pushing designers together for a conversation on where denim goes next — General Experiment by Laurence Wei, Cleioner by Kendrick, Gekka by Nicholas Lu, and Greco by Benjamin Greco, curated by Lildenimjean.
+ Oak & Acorn is teaming up with Marist University students, Kingpins Show, and Artmill to reimagine the brand’s Signature Jumpsuit (pictured above) as a “future artifact of American workwear” — a look at how the next generation carries labor, utility, repair, and circularity forward.
+ And we’re picking up where we left off: Botanical Alchemy — Part II: Still Blooming, by Tonello and MN Dye Studio, returns with the next chapter in low-impact, natural dye innovation.
Innovation. Transformation. The next generation of our industry. That’s what these projects have in common — and it’s what you’ll find throughout the show floor in New York.
